En raison de leur valeur artistique et de leur caractère créatif particulier, toutes les créations de "atagallery.com" sont protégées par le droit d’auteur, universellement reconnu et protégé.
La protection légale est assurée pendant toute la vie de l’auteur et pendant 70 ans après sa mort.
Chacune des peintures de la Collection “atagallery.com” comporte l’impression indélébile :
- de la signature de l’Auteur. Cette signature, sous la forme d’un marquage sur le tableau, certifie l’authenticité de la création.
- du numéro progressif de la série d'édition, qui identifie l’objet en relation avec sa “Carte d’Identité (Certificat d'Authenticité)”, laquelle témoigne du contrôle final de qualité et, enfin, qui permet à l'artiste (et aux Héritiers) le contrôle sur les droits d’Auteur.
l'œuvre originale est accompagnée de son certificat d'authenticité.

Legal protection is guaranteed for the life of the author and for 70 years after his death.
Each of the paintings in the “atagallery.com” Collection features the indelible imprint:
- of the signature of the Author. This signature, in the form of a marking on the painting, certifies the authenticity of the creation.
- the progressive number of the edition series, which identifies the object in relation to its “Identity Card (Certificate of Authenticity)”, which testifies to the final quality control and, finally, which allows the artist ( and to the Heirs) control over Author rights.
the original work is accompanied by its certificate of authenticity.
